As mentioned above, we like to keep these things simple. You can cancel your order at any point before your delivery arrives, no nonsense, just call and let us know! We'll email you to confirm it has been done and a full refund processed.

If on delivery the packaging of a product is damaged, you should mark this on the courier’s delivery note in order to be able to make an effective claim for damaged goods.
If you believe that the product may be damaged you must reject the delivery, mark this on the courier’s delivery note and request the courier to ‘Return to Sender’. Please then contact us either by phone or email us at email@example.com with the details.
Any damage to the goods, which only becomes apparent after taking receipt, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customers are requested to provide photographs showing the damage, which will need to be emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may request a replacement or cancel the order and receive a refund at the point that we collect the Goods.
We use a secure system for all of our payment transactions and we want everyone to feel confident when buying from us. In very rare cases our system may prompt us to contact a customer for further means of identification. This is in place for both yours and our security. Please note that in these rare and unlikely cases we may not be able to proceed with your delivery until this information is received.
We try at all times to deliver on time and without error, but in the extremely rare cases where there has been an issue out of our control we can offer no compensation based on any personal circumstances. We will do our utmost to put things right for you in any difficult situation and have the confidence to ensure this.
All prices on our site are subject to change without prior notice and are inclusive of VAT. We have the right to cancel any order if in the rare circumstance a price is displayed on the site incorrectly.
