You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as laid out below and they will govern each order that You place with us. Each order is a separate legally binding contract. You should read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure you understand them.
1.1 You should carefully check your order details before signing the order. Any amendments need to be made before you sign. If any changes need to be made at a later date (eg colour change / drawer configuration / headboard change) we will endeavour to meet these requirements, however if the order is already in production then unfortunately we will be unable to do so.
1.2 It is your responsibility to check:
(a) the dimensions of all goods to ensure that they will fit into your property; and
(b) that additional services requested (such as assembly or disposal) are clearly noted in the order. These will be shown separately. If they are not included in the order then these services have not been purchased and will not be provided.
2.1 The description of the goods will be as specified within the order.
2.2 You should be aware that:
(a) all sizes given are approximate and stated bed and mattress sizes refer to the sleeping surface only;
(b) mattress sizes may vary slightly from their stated dimensions due to manufacturing tolerances; and
(c) comfort grading is for guidance only.
3. EX-DISPLAY & CLEARANCE ITEMS:
3.1 If you have purchased ex-display or clearance items, the price of these items reflects the fact that they may have sustained fair wear and tear and they cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
3.2 Whilst we do offer free delivery on most products, some of our ex-display and clearance items are collection only, delivery can be arranged but at a small additional cost. This will be highlighted to you at point of purchase and clearly noted on your order.
3.3 Any defects on ex-display and clearance items (that are present at the point of sale) will be drawn to your attention and written on your order confirmation. It will not be possible to reject the goods, or claim a refund or repair at our expense, in respect of any of these defects.
4.1 Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified on the order.
4.2 Delivery dates and lead times are given in good faith but are subject to change. Delivery lead times start from the date of order.
4.3 If, as a result of our actions or the actions of Our suppliers, we are unable to deliver goods for more than 2 weeks (14 days) beyond the lead time stated, you will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund of all amounts paid unless a new date for delivery can be mutually agreed.
4.4 If you require goods to be delivered on or by a specific date, this date should be written on the order.
4.5 Delivery of mattresses, divan bases, adjustable beds, wooden furniture (excluding wardrobes) and floor standing headboards, all included room of choice delivery and assembly. If you have ordered a wardrobe or wooden bed frame, room of choice delivery is included, but assembly is a purchasable extra. This will need to be prearranged at point of purchase and noted on your order.
4.6 If we are unable to complete Delivery due to the Goods not fitting in the required room at the delivery address, You may order a different product as a replacement for the Goods. In these circumstances:
(a) You must pay the difference between the price of the Goods and any replacement product which is of higher value;
(b) You shall not be entitled to a refund of the difference between the price of the Goods and any replacement product which is of lower value; and
(c) You must pay a delivery charge of £25.
4.7 The goods may require some assembly. If you have purchased an assembly service, this will be carried out by a us. If you have not purchased this service, it is your responsibility to assemble the goods.
4.8 You should inspect the goods carefully upon delivery. If assembled by us at the delivery address, goods will be deemed accepted once assembled unless you inform us otherwise at the time. Where goods are not removed from their packaging or you have otherwise not had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods on delivery, the goods will be deemed accepted 30 days after delivery.
4.9 We will notify you in writing or verbally once the goods are ready for delivery or collection. We endeavour to be as flexible as possible when it comes to delivery bookings, but please note you are not able to directly choose the time and date you wish for (unless you have specified this at point of purchase and it is noted on your order). Of course we will do our best to meet your needs for delivery, but at times when we have several delivery booked on the same day, a delivery route needs to be applied.
4.10 If you are unable to take delivery on the date offered to you, we are able to store your item securely at no additional cost, and will get your booked out for delivery on the following week.
4.11 An additional charge of £35 will be required if nobody is present to take delivery at the pre-arranged date and time. We always make an effort to call the number provided and wait 10 minutes outside, however if there is still nobody to take delivery after that, we must then move on to our next scheduled delivery. We will try and arrange fo a second visit that day, which will be free of charge, but this all depends on timings and the location of the remaining deliveries routed that day.
5.1 If on delivery you noticed any damage or fault to your product, this must be noted on your delivery confirmation sheet. Please call our store on 01202 696969 to make us aware. On most occasions we ask you to keep the product until we can arrange for a replacement to be delivered, however this will all be organised over the phone.
5.2 Any damage or faults to goods which are not apparent until after delivery, please also give us a call on 01202 696969, we may request photographs which will need to be emailed to us on email@example.com , these will then be forwarded on to our supplier and a replacement will be arranged. These need to be reported ASAP, after a period of 7 days we will make the assumption that the product was delivered without any issues.
6.1 Refunds will be made to you as soon as possible, and in any event within a period of 7 days from return of the goods.
6.2 If goods have been delivered, then a refund cannot be made until we have collected them.
7. CANCELLATION & RETURNS
7.1 Once the order has been signed, you cannot cancel it, except under clause 4.3.
7.2 All returns / cancellations need to be arranged by us in advance.
7.3 All returns must be collected by our delivery company, we do not allow any other courier to be used.
7.4 All returns must be unopened and in their original packaging.
8.1 All prices in store and on our website are subject to change without prior notice and are inclusive of VAT.
8.2 We have the right to cancel any order if in the rare circumstance a price is displayed on the website, or instore, incorrectly.
